Wynn-Wright produces a wide variety of natural cheeses, like Cheddar, Gouda, Edam, Mozarella, Romano, Pepato, Blue Vein, and Cream cheese. These range from hard cheeses, ideal for grating, to soft cheeses used in institutional mixes or in salad dressings. You also have a choice range to choose from: tasty, mild or vintage.
Dairy foods and products provide a good source of calcium, which is essential for maintaining strong bones and healthy teeth.

Wynn-Wright produces a blend of cheddar cheese, a good source of energy, vitamins, minerals and proteins.

Butter
Wynn-Wright produces only choice grade butter of excellent quality. Made from the purest fresh cream of the finest selection and milk grade, our fresh churned butter comes either salted, low salt or unsalted. Every pack of butter goes through stringent quality control checks supervised by the authorities.
PACKAGING: 10g, 250g, and 500g and in bulk cartons of 25kg.

Anhydrous Milk Fat
Wynn-Wright also produces anhydrous milk fat derived exclusively from the fat of cows’ milk, of which 99.8% is pure milk fat. There are several uses of anhydrous milk fat, some of which include the making of recombined milk or skim milk and butter milk powders, and ice -creams, baking and confectionary products.
PACKAGING: 454-g tins and in 300kg steel drums.


Whole Milk / Skimmed Milk / Butter Milk Powder
Wynn-Wright spray-dried powder is of a consistent high quality, conforming to the rigorous standards set by the Australian Department of Primary Industries. Our whole milk powders are produced from pure pasteurized milk, which is evaporated, and spray dried.
PACKAGING: 300kg steel drums. We can also pack them according to your special requirements.
